- Requests to change appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time may be treated as a late cancellation and may result in loss of deposit.
- Cancellations made within the notice period may have deposits transferred to a future booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full fee being charged and/or refusal of future bookings.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
LATE ARRIVALS
- A grace period of 10 minutes applies to all appointments.
- Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced and may be subject to a £30 late fee.
- Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment, which could result in the full appointment fee being charged.
