CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe in transparency, thoughtful care and respecting everyone's time. Please review our booking and cancellation policies before your appointment.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • To reschedule your appointment within the notice period, please email contact@skindate.co.uk
  • Requests to change appointments within 48 hours of the appointment time may be treated as a late cancellation and may result in loss of deposit.
  • Cancellations made within the notice period may have deposits transferred to a future booking.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.
  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full fee being charged and/or refusal of future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • A grace period of 10 minutes applies to all appointments.
  • Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their treatment time reduced and may be subject to a £30 late fee.
  • Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment, which could result in the full appointment fee being charged.
